Assistance fund to help with catastrophic illnesses of Avita employees, personal disasters or the death of employee or immediate family members.
Cancer/Oncology
Supports the construction of Avita’s new cancer center in Ontario and Healing & Memorial Garden in both Galion and Ontario as well as supplies, equipment and transportation assistance for cancer patient treatments.
Healthcare Scholarships
Annual scholarships for Avita employees, as well as area students pursuing higher certifications or degrees in a healthcare-related field.
Heart & Vascular
Supports Cardiac Rehab and community outreach for purpose of education and prevention.

Women’s & Children’s Health Programs
Supports the Forensic Nursing program, women’s and children’s overall education and wellness efforts as well as screening, education and pediatric therapy and community outreach efforts.

Supports athletic trainers, education, equipment, sponsored schools and therapy.
